Our Orange Food Colouring (Sunset Yellow) is a very fine orange pigment powder which is insoluble in water. This product creates an orange colour when dispersed in the final product. The colour of the concentrate may vary with age and raw materials. This product’s certificate of analysis is available on request.
Please be aware that all quantities of our colour powders are packaged in clear polythene bags, rather than foil pouches. This is to avoid waste from the product staining the pouch.
