Processing Of Orders:
We pride our-self on superior customer service and understand that you want your product(s) as soon as possible. To ensure your expectations are met, we aim to dispatch all orders within one business day, if placed before 1pm (UK Time).
If we have run out of stock of a particular product on your order we will aim to inform you immediately and provide an estimated day of new stock arriving and an updated delivery date. If your order is of an urgent nature please contact a member of the team via email, live chat facility, or telephone to ensure we have adequate stock levels.
Shipping Methods:
US Shipping
We ship goods using DHL Express Shipping to US mainland from our UK warehouse and full tracking information will be provided for every order. Delivery times are approximately 1-3 working days depending on location.
For orders upto 2kg we offer a flat rate delivery service of $17.99 so you can make the most of your shipping costs, for larger quantities please use our shipping calculator.
We do not offer economy services as the difference in cost is minimal but the quality of service is considerably lower.

If you live offshore US or in a remote location, please contact us prior to placing an order as extra charges may occur. For any order weighing over 260kg, please contact a member of the team for an accurate shipping quote. The goods will be sent via air or sea freight.
From the US - USPS
We do have certain products that are only available from our US fulfillment center and these products will be shipped via USPS on a 2-5 business day service. Full information will be available on the individual product pages.
Please note if you order a product from our UK warehouse and a product from our US fulfillment center they will be delivered separately. If you require further information please contact a member of our customer service team via email, live chat or telephone.
Customs Clearance Information:
We have over 8 years experience exporting goods around the globe and frequently ship to the US. We have close ties with customs inthe US and have developed an efficient documentation system to ensure the safe passage of your goods.
However, we are not able to offer guaranteed customs clearance and it is YOUR responsibility to check your country’s importing laws in relation to the products you have ordered. Any orders that are seized and destroyed by customs will NOT be refunded.
Duties & Taxes:
In the US, it is common for Duties & Taxes to be paid when importing products with a value of over $1,000. If your order total is over $1,000 we strongly suggest providing us with either your Social Security Number or Tax ID as this often speeds up the clearance process. Please note, it is YOUR responsibility to pay any Duties & Taxes that may occur and it is not included in the delivery charge. Any orders that are returned to us due to any Duties & Taxes not being paid will be subject to admin fees which will be deducted from your final refund. The original delivery charge will NOT be refunded.
Failure to Respond to Courier Correspondence:
In the US it is also common for couriers to contact the buyer of goods before they are released. If the courier tries to contact you and you fail to respond, resulting in goods being returned, you will be subject to admin fees which will be deducted from your final refund. The original delivery charge will NOT be refunded.
