Where is my order?
If an order has not arrived when you were expecting it, we recommend first checking the email account your Life Lab account is registered with. Any updates in status will be passed on via email as it is our primary method of contact. If you have not received any email updates, contact us on +44 (0)1282 613364 and we will follow up the progress of your delivery. This can take up to 24 hours but we will always be able to help. All of our shipments are insured to the necessary value.
