How to Edit Your Subscription

At Life Lab, we value transparency and making things easy for our customers. That’s why we’re here today to show you how to manage your product subscriptions—whether you need to cancel, pause, or resume them. We believe it’s important for you to have complete control over your subscription, and we want to guide you every step of the way. Follow these simple steps to edit your subscription.

Step 1

Ensure that you have got an account with us, you will need one to access your subscriptions. PLEASE NOTE: If you make a purchase with us on subscription and do not have an account, you will not be able to control it through your account. Please contact us to make any amendments to your subscription

Step 2

Head over to your 'Account' tab at the top right of the page, once on there, press on the 'My Subscriptions' tab on the left hand side of your account. You should then see any active and cancelled subscriptions.

Step 3

Here you will be able to cancel, skip a month, or even resume a previously cancelled subscription.
