Steps to create your personalised nutrition

Step 1: Prepare your area
You will need two bowls, and one plate.

Step 2: A Quick Tip…
Please note capsules are designed to dissolve in liquids so when handling capsules please ensure that your hands are dry and the surfaces are dry, especially the machine as they may get stuck if the internal parts are wet from previous cleaning.

Step 3: Place Machine on Your Plate
Place the filling tray (part 1) of the machine on the plate with the support (part 2) underneath, the edges raised off the plate.

Step 4: Place Capsules in The Machine
Put the capsules into a bowl and separate the capsules, putting the long part (body) of the capsule into the filling tray (part 1) place the short part (cap) of the capsule into top of the machine (part 3) of the machine. Ensure all holes have been filled and return unused capsules to the pouch.

Step 5: Empty onto Filling Tray
Empty out some of the contents of your stak pack onto the filling tray (part 1) of the machine and use the spreader to spread out the powder until all the capsules are filled.

Step 6: Compact the Powder
Press the tamper (part 4) of the machine down into the capsules to lightly compact the powder.

Step 7: Repeat and Spread out Evenly
Repeat putting the powder over the filling tray (part 1) of the machine, you won’t need as much as the first time, spread evenly and press down with the tamper (part 4). Repeat as required. Once the powder has been compacted and no more powder will fit in without excessive force you are ready to cap em up.

Step 8: Clean up the Powder
Scrape off any residual powder through the gap on the filling tray onto the plate which can be collected and returned to the stak pack.

Step 9: Join to make Capsules
Place part 3 of the machine onto the top of part 1 and take part 2 from underneath the machine now press down firmly on top of part 3 which will push the capsules together and join them.

Step 10: Eject the Capsules
Lift off the top (part 3) of the machine which will now have the closed capsules attached and proceed to press the inside white spring with thumbs at both sides to eject the capsules onto a clean plate or surface.

Step 11: Store your Capsules
Store your capsules in the LifeLab pill container and they will keep for up to 2 years. It is always advised you label the container to keep track of its contents.
